Have you ever wondered why some people in foreign countries hate Americans? Is it because they hate our freedom? No, its because most of the time they end up dealing with idiots like this:
Don’t get me wrong: I support consumer rights, and oppose corporate censorship. That said, speaking rudely to a low-wage customer service rep is simply not necessary. Coincidentally, this guy’s behavior pretty well explains why I am happy I left New York 1,100 miles behind me.

In other news, a man from Queens, N.Y. recently threatened to burn down an elementary school unless Howard Stern was returned to broadcast radio. No, not really- I just made that up. But you would believe me if I had a link, wouldn’t you?
