Up in smoke, fuming mad!
Tyranny alert. May day. May day. This is an immediate and urgent call to arms. Congress is proposing to raise the tax levied on Cigars from a Nickel (5c) per stick to upwards of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per smoke! Check it out here.
Yes, that’s up to a 20,000.00% increase in taxes on Cigars!
The money will NEVER actually reach “sick children” since nearly all Tax money is squandered in Washington. Even if the money truly went to kids with health problems it would be no justification to rob Cigar lovers and smokers blind. There is absolutely no sarcasm in my prose or tone this Afternoon.
The way to help disadvantaged children is by freeing their parents from the hell of regulation and taxation. It is to create an environment whereby individuals support charities and religious organizations that know how to help kids best.
DO YOU REALLY WANT TO SENTENCE SICK KIDS TO “WALTER REED” STYLED HEALTH CARE. Who are the real sickos? Not those poor kids but the demon monsters on Capitol Hill. To use and abuse Children for political purposes has to end immediately.
Thankfully, the odds of this legislation passing are slim to none. But the mere implication that Congress has the authority to propose this heinous act is frightening and horrific. Pure unfettered arrogance and these attitudes must be terminated.
