Patriot Act Defeated!


Judge rules part of Patriot Act unconstitutional

PORTLAND, Ore. - Two provisions of the USA Patriot Act are unconstitutional because they allow search warrants to be issued without a showing of probable cause, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.
