Some self-reflection
I talk a lot of smack on here. Be it denial of the supremacy of the Constitution for the united States of America. Be it touting what other countries do better than America. The truth is I want America to succeed. Heck, I want us to be #1 across the board in every single category imaginable. I want an America with the largest GDP possible, with NO DEBT, with almost NO TAXES, with NO POLICE STATE, NO ABORTION, NO DEATH PENALTY, and to be the biggest/best it can be.
Sometimes I get pissed off when I constantly hear foreigners degrade our country. I too think, man we should have annexed those rejects back in World War II. Almost any other power would have done so if they were in our position. At least we were that enlightened to realize the folly of being British or Japanese or whatever. We’re Americans, the most generous and blessed people on the planet. I want us to kick ass in business, I want people to beg on their hands and knees to get here and for us to warmly welcome them legally.
This is our home, the thought of being dominated by non-Americans is scary. I don’t like it. Does the world really want China as the superpower? The European Union? I doubt it. If that ever happens, people across the world will long for the days when America was #1, they’ll even miss Bush/Cheney. [I’m not justifying their existence or reign] I don’t know what else to say but Ron Paul 2008.
