Freedom in the Former Communist Republics?
Former Communist Republics now seem to enjoy lower marginal tax rates than America. Bulgaria appears to be the latest with a proposed 10.00% flat tax on both corporate and personal income. Maybe, Bulgaria will become the next Ireland. It does have a highly educated work force and is in a geopolitically strategic region. Granted, being on the fairly volatile Balkan peninsula and not being an English speaking island does shoot the Ireland analogy down.
