Paul-aganda Double Feature

Do you have the back-to-work blues? Me too. That’s why I’d like to start the week on a high note.

First up, Willie Nelson, “Are You Sure?”. I targeted this video to the GOP base. That is why there is NO MENTION of Ron Paul, until the very end. My goal is to win them over BEFORE slamming them with the good Dr. Paul. A lot of these fools have a knee-jerk anti-Paul opinion. We need to consider this, and design ways to overcome it. Also, for some reason, the video stops playing just before the “Ron Paul” sign at the very end. I have no idea why, but I am hesitant to blame a Google/YouTube conspiracy.

As a matter of fact, I think it works. Those clever enough to forward the video to the end will see the Ron Paul sign, and these are the rare gems of intelligent GOP members who we must reach out to. Remember: we already agree on the hardcore positions. Everything else is marketing.

That video was a bit of a downer, so please enjoy “Won’t Get Fooled Again” by The Who - one of the greatest rock-anthems ever recorded. I can only hope I have done this song justice. This video is promoting Rudy’s Reading List, another Ron Paul fundraiser scheduled for November 30, 2007.

If you cannot afford to buy advertising directly, please support the money bombs. Ideally, do both. As a matter of fact, why not DONATE RIGHT NOW?

Think these videos suck? Yeah, me too. Go make a video of your own. Put me to shame. Send me a link, and I’ll put it right on this very blog. Just DO IT. And DO IT NOW, not later, not two weeks from now.

Peace.
