A Ron Paul XMAS?
Another experiment. Fans of quality music will recognize the song “Christmas” off of “Tommy” by The Who.
Mel Blanc once explained that the difference between a hysterical cartoon, and a dud, was nothing more than timing. A cliff-dive by Wile E. Coyote might generate a chuckle, but extending that fall by 4 seconds would register a huge laugh instead. Think about this the next time you watch any comedy: timing is everything.
This, I think, is the main reason my videos are still struggling. This, plus my inability to draw, write or sing anything original. My juxtaposition of different emotional themes is rather entertaining (at least to me), but the timing is still slightly off.
