Some More Thoughts on President Obama, pt 2

Start with Part I.

1. Obama is a liberal socialist who will continue to bankrupt America by increasing social spending while largely ignoring our 10 trillion dollar national debt.

True.

2. Obama has been picked and groomed by the evil denizens of the New World Order to serve as a safe-guard this election.

True.

3. Ok, so either we get McCain or we get Obama. Who fucking cares? My vote won’t be counted anyway. It’s all a fucking game. I’m giving up and going home.

False

Considering that both McCain and Obama are 100% certified NWO-approved stooges, the NWO issue is a wash. The issue is not: which candidate is better? Rather: is it worth the trouble to go out and vote this November?

Believe it or not, the NWO is irrelevant. So is voting. And yet, I am not being cynical, sarcastic or clever when I demand that you get off your ass and vote this November. So what the fuck am I talking about?

The cynics are correct: the act of voting is wholly symbolic. But what does it symbolize? The essence of true democracy: the angry mob. It reminds those who run this world that, push come to shove, we can storm the Bastille, and we can fucking behead them. We have done it before, we will do it again, and this is no secret to anyone.

This alone should be reason enough to vote. But, I intend to go one further, and whore myself for a man who will never be bothered to spit on me. How low the mighty have fallen.

In the “real world”, in the world of mass media and baby boomers- the world we hate, the world that, like it or not, still controls our lives, we are still a minority. A rapidly growing minority, to be sure, but a minority all the same.

The talking point is taking hold: Obama’s campaign is a campaign of unity, not one of identity. Identity is the old politics, the politics of “red states” and “blue states”. Identity is black and white, men and women, young and old. Identity is a dinosaur about to go extinct.

The brave new world is a world of unity. Now, the question becomes, unified in what sense? Do we intend to unify into a single, all-encompassing corporate-fascist global police state, or, do we intend to unify into a 21st century?

I believe the latter. I pray for the latter, despite being a devout agnostic.

As Ron Paul has taught us, our revolution is not about a name or an ego- those relics of identity have already been rejected by us. And, abstracted back to the Bastille analogy, the same is true of all campaigns. We describe politicians as “dukeing it out”, when in truth, they are dining from the same troughs. Even so, they represent feuding angry mobs, which is, and will remain, the imperfect machine of liberty.

Let me break this down as simply as I can: once America has accepted a black president, they can begin to accept legalized pot. Once America has accepted legalized pot, they can begin to accept reduced military spending. Once America has accepted that limiting government spending must INCLUDE military spending, we can begin addressing monetary policy itself.

These are baby steps, yes, but as Newton would say: an object in motion stays in motion. Inertia is our biggest foe, and greatest ally. My above examples are wholly irrelevant to the bigger issues of the Federal Reserve and the various oligarchs who rule us. However, legal pot will provide substantial victory against the police state. Before we can abandon our world-wide military empire, we must first force the boomers to accept its cost. And, once we start looking at costs- LOOKING at costs, not just talking about them, the discussion will inevitable turn to monetary policy. As evidence of this: look in a mirror.

Given the choice, I wish for speedier resolutions. I would embrace the chaos of a total, open revolution. However, this is simply not in the best interests of America. I cannot in good conscious advocate a war that would leave my mother, father, and siblings, wholly unprepared. Could you?

Like it or not, modern science dictates that our parents, those delightful boomers, are going to be with us for a long time yet. With the arrival of the Millennials, Generation X has a powerful new ally in the fight. We must work to educate not only our new Millenial allies, but also, continue to educate our own parents. We must forgive their ignorance and approach them patiently- we must treat them as they treated us, once upon a time, when we were the petulant 6-year-old pissing in the bed.

As with so much else, the tables have turned.

[…] Zaphod has an interesting point to make about what will happen to America, if yet another white Republican dude ends up President. Inertia is killing America. (You can read Part I here, but I think the good stuff is in Part II) Sphere: Related Content […]
