Our corporate overlords have demanded we make the show more “commercial friendly”, so we are currently on hiatus, retooling the show. We will return (in some form) this December, with moar pop-culture references and less issues that actually make people think (I don’t want to hurt your pretty little heads). Moar funny. Moar interesting guests. Moar boom, and less bust.

Tangent leads the panel in a discussion about the films “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” and “Donnie Darko”, plus the book “Slaughterhouse Five” by Kurt Vonnegut, and how each relate to the concept of fate.
This will be the LAST EPISODE of the Zaphod for President podcast until December. Check the website for details.
Zap leads the panel in a discussion about the media, the RIAA, the MPAA, the DMCA, and a bunch of other acronyms you probably don’t care about. We’ll also be sure to expose the fact that 5 conglomerates own everything you see, hear and think.
Eric the Engineer leads the panel on a discussion about economics. Topics will include Obama-nomics, bailouts, the dropping value of the US dollar and the current state of the American economy.
Aaron will be joining the program for the first time to discuss his adventures on the Appalachian Trail, and its historical significance to the early American frontier.
Our special guest, Marla Darling, the author of the Feminist Housewife discusses birth control, the proper role of women in society, and urinating on your lover.
